摘 要：在经济全球化、政治多极化和文化多元化的时代背景下，高校基层团支部作为高校共青团工作的主要载体，是党和国家培养优秀人才和高校思政教育的有利阵地，文章分析了建立创新型团支部遇到的困难和挑战，并通过改变思维创新模式，找准定位优化队伍，营造良好的基层环境，三个方面深入研究，提出和解决具有一定价值和作用的创新型基层团支部的建设方法和路径。

Abstract： In the era of economic globalization， political multipolarization and cultural diversity， college youth league branch， as the main carrier of the work of the communist youth league， is the party and the state training of excellent talent and ideological and political education of the favorable position. This paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced by the establishment of innovative league branch， and through changing the mode of thinking， prospecting and optimization team， intends to create a good grass-roots environment， three aspects of in-depth study， propose and solve the innovative grass-roots youth league with a certain value and role in the construction method and path.

引言

高校不僅担负着人才培养的重任，更肩负着培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的历史使命。高校团支部作为高校共青团组织的基层阵地，是贯彻执行党的号召基层主体，是直接联系广大青年团员的纽带，是高校共青团工作的重要载体，当今国际错综复杂的政治环境加之国内改革开放的不断深化确实给高校思政教育和基层团支部建设带来了一些不利影响，同时也给高校基层团支部建设提出了更新、更高的要求，高校基层创新型团支部创建是为了能够适应新时期、新环境的需要，有利于帮助青年团员提升学习能力、社会实践能力、创新创业能力等综合素质，从而为建设社会主义事业不断输送高素质人才。
