摘 要：思政工作中的以人为本理念是指从学生的角度出发，充分考虑学生的个性差异和不同需求，有针对性地对学生进行引导、教育，从而激发学生的主观能动性，最大程度地实现个体自我发展。文章通过探讨当前我国高校思政教育人性化缺失的具体表现、人本理念在大学生思政教育中的必要性以及人本理念在高校思政教育中具体运用举措，旨在唤起广大思政工作者对人本理念的重视，也为高校思政教育改革提供一种借鉴。

Abstract： People-oriented concept in the ideological and political work is from the students' point of view to give full consideration to students' individual differences and different needs. It guides and educates students specifically， so as to motivate the students' initiative and realize the personal development to greatest extent. This paper discusses the specific performance for lack of humanization， the necessity of people-oriented concept and the concrete application in ideological and political education of current colleges and universities， aiming to raise the workers' attention to people-oriented concept and provide a reference for ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities.

大学生思政教育是大学生成长成才的重要保障，它关乎广大学生的健康成长和人格塑造，必须予以高度重视。当前，我国高校思政教育缺少以人为本的理念，不能充分调动学生的主观能动性，这势必会影响到思政教育的成果。本文旨在通过阐述以人为本理念在高校思政教育中的必要性及具体运用，来引起广大思政工作者对人本理念的重视，并从学生的角度出发，切实提升思政工作成效。

一、当前高校思想政治教育人性化缺失的表现

（一）教育理念功利化

人是有主观意识的，大学教育的对象是一个个有主观能动性、积极性和创造性的大学生，所以高校思政教育理念应充分适应这一特殊群体。大学生作为准社会人，其身心趋于成熟，与中小学生相比具有强烈的自我意识、自我驱动、自我教育支配的愿望和主体性要求。……
