摘 要：文章通过专业学位研究生招生选拔模式、导师遴选与考核方式、学生毕业考评体系的改革，建章立制，完善了培养方案及培养质量保障体系，同时与生物医药骨干企业联合培养实践基地紧密结合，按照新药研发技术链，形成并创新了产学研相结合的药学高端应用型人才培养模式。

Abstract： According to the reform of the selection of professional graduate degree admissions mode， the selection of the instructors and the evaluation methods and students' graduation evaluation system， this thesis establishes and completes the training program and the quality assurance system. According to the close cooperation with the biomedical backbone enterprises training base and following the chain of new drug research and development， this thesis establishes a new applied talents training mode in which the industry， university and research are combined.

生物医药产业是国家战略性新兴产业，涵盖新药研发、药品生产、流通、使用及监管等环节。随着产业的快速发展，应用型、复合型高层次技术与管理药学专门人才已成为生物医药行业的急切需求。我院药学专业学位研究生教育以培养在药物技术转化、临床应用、监管与生产流通等应用领域的高层次、应用型药学专门人才为目标，在培养与教育过程中，深刻把握专业学位硕士与科研型硕士在培养模式的不同，制定区别的招生制度，培养方案，及培养质量考核体系[1]。

为了满足医药领域对应用型药学人才的需求，本药学专业学位硕士按照新药研发技术链的各个关键共性环节，覆盖药物研发及产业化链条的各个主要环节，充分体现出药学专业学位的特色，按照药学应用人才的特点与培养规律，设立了5个培养方向，包括临床药学、药物评价、药物质量控制、化学与生物制药工程、药物制剂工程。每个方向由著名专家教授担任方向带头人，并由教授、副教授组成方向导师小组，与生物医药企业紧密合作，产学研结合，联合培养市场急缺的高级药学专业应用型人才。……
