摘 要：文章在已有文献基础上，建立吸收能力、知识共享与大学生创新行为之间的模型，并提出假设。通过设计关于影响大学生创新行为的调查问卷，利用统计软件SPSS17.0对收集的数据进行量化分析。结果表明：吸收能力的三个维度均与大学生创新行为之间呈正相关关系；吸收能力维度中探索性学习、利用性学习与知识共享之间呈正相关关系；转化性学习与知识共享之间无相关关系；知识共享与大学生创新行为之间呈正相关关系。最后，介绍文章研究局限，进行研究展望，并给出本研究的管理启示。

Abstract： Based on the current document， this paper establishes the model of knowledge absorption， knowledge sharing and innovation behavior among college students and proposes hypothesis. By designing the questionnaires concerning the college students' innovation behavior， we can make quantitative analysis on the collected data through the analyzing software SPSS 17.0. It shows that three dimensions of absorptive capacity are all positively correlated with college students' innovation behavior. Exploitative learning and application learning are all positively correlated with knowledge sharing. There are no relations between the transfer learning and knowledge sharing. The knowledge sharing is positively correlated with the innovation behaviors among college students. Finally， we discuss the limitation and prospects of the research， and provide some inspirations according to the study.

一、概述

近年來，随着经济社会的快速发展，创新已成为推动民族进步和社会发展的不竭动力。从2006年开始，党中央、国务院就提出建设创新型国家的战略，在此战略推动过程中最重要的就是推动企业创新。企业创新能够给经济带来助力，而企业创新的核心是拥有一支富有创新精神、承担风险的创新型人才队伍。高校作为人才资源的发源地，是我国创新人才的培养摇篮，应该为我国建设创新型国家承担一定的责任。以“创新”为核心发展的任务已经成为高校大学生的使命，学生在大学学习期间，养成良好的创新能力和创新思维将来对自己、国家的发展都是一笔财富。

目前国内研究创新能力主要集中在企业内，任华亮等学者通过层级回归分析研究能力与成长工作价值观对创新行为产生显著正向影响[1]，屠兴勇等学者研究批判性思维、创新氛围对员工创新行为的影响机制[2]。……
