摘要： 能熟练地运用外语来进行涉外经济工作是国际经济与贸易专业毕业生的最基本技能，在该专业的本科教育中使用双语教学是实现更好地培养既掌握扎实的专业知识又通晓外语人才的有效措施。本文着重研究国际经济与贸易专业双语教学的系统性，从双语课的定位、外语毕业标准、课程设置、外语教学比例、教材选用、师资配备、双语教学评价七个方面进行分析和探讨。

Abstract： It's a basic skill for an International Economics and Trade graduates to handle the international business with fluent English. We take bilingual teaching as the effective way to cultivate the talents for acquiring both professional knowledge and fluent foreign language. This article focuses on the systemic bilingual teaching on International Economics and Trade major， analyzing the proportion of bilingual course in curriculum， the semesters suitable for start bilingual courses， the different stage teaching methods， the text book， teachers and systemic evaluation on bilingual teaching result.

0 引言

国际经济与贸易专业（以下简称国贸专业）是一门涉外性极强的经济类专业。在经济全球化的过程中，需要大量的国贸专业毕业生使用英语在涉外经济贸易政府部门、外贸企业、外资企业、国际货运公司、保险公司及相关行业从事进出口管理、贸易等相关工作。对该专业的学生来说扎实的专业知识和熟练的外语运用能力是必备的两项基本能力。因此，在国际经济与贸易专业本科教育中使用双语教学是培养社会需要的高质量涉外经贸人才的必要措施。

然而，不少学校在设置双语课时，没有组织双语课教师和专家对双语课的开设做调查和研究，因此课程设置和具体要求缺乏系统性。很多双语课教师没有系统的双语教学步骤和方法，不了解本门课程在整个专业课程设置中的地位，不清楚如何针对学生的现有外语水平和前后课程的衔接采取相应的系统性双语教学。……
