【摘要】从日照沿海地区旅游住宿当前的实际现状来看，数量庞大的“民宿”队伍占据了主导地位，其“旅游特色不足、旅游资源季节性强、经营模式单一、建筑空间单一、品味低端、基础设施落后、互动缺乏、经营者素质偏低”等弊端已经逐步暴露出来。“传统的民宿改建设计”将成为具高端品质、休闲、地域特色鲜明等特点的设计。

以日照任家台村改建民宿为例，阐述任家台民宿发展中存在的一些问题，并根据设计方案提出一些解决问题的策略和方法。

在沿海旅游城市中，日照有著得天独厚的区位和海港优势，在百公里的海岸线上拥有优质沙滩、蓝天、碧海等优美的风景，使美丽的日照更加略胜一筹。日照沿海旅游传统村落众多，包括任家台、吴家台、李家台、张家台、桃花岛、路家村、肥家庄、王家皂等村。其中任家台为山海天旅游区内的一个村落，依托优越的地理位置、良好的人文环境和独特的自然风光，任家台村旅游业得以迅速发展。

1. 民宿的定义

民宿是指利用自用住宅空闲房间，结合当地人文、自然景观、生态、环境资源及农林渔牧生产活动，以家庭副业方式经营，提供旅客乡野生活之住宿处所。此定义完整诠释了民宿有别于商业酒店和宾馆的特质，民宿不同于商业酒店和宾馆。
