【摘要】泵站承担着区域性的防洪、除涝、灌溉、调水和供水的重任，中小型泵站是保证小康社会建设、发展农村经济的重要水利工程。如何发挥中小型泵站排灌效益，是当前水利工作急待解决的问题。本文在论述了泵站在运行上存在的若干问题的基础上，提出了解决各种管理问题的具体措施和建议。

【Abstract】The pumping station is responsible for the regional flood control， waterlogging， irrigation， water diversion and water supply. The small and medium-sized pumping station is an important water conservancy project to ensure the construction of a well-off society and develop the rural economy. How to play the benefits of irrigation and drainage of small and medium-sized pumping stations is an urgent problem to be solved at present. On the basis of discussing some problems existing in the operation of the pumping station， this paper puts forward the concrete measures and suggestions to solve the various management problems.

1. 引言

泵站是水利工程建设中不可缺少的一部分，它主要承担该区域的防洪、除涝、灌溉、调水和供水等工作重任，而泵站的主要用途是农田排灌、城市给排水以及跨流域调，对合理配置水资源起着积极的作用。对泵站进行科学的管理，提高运行效率成为泵站管理人员工作的重点。

2. 当前中小型泵站存在的主要问题

由于众多的原因，泵站工程的运行管理仍旧存在着较多的问题。

2.1机电设备老旧。

目前，我国还有部分建设于上世纪60～70年代的泵站，如今运行了50多年，其主机老化严重，电气设备绝缘性能下降，设备可靠性大大降低，一些本应淘汰的老旧设备还在运行，这给泵站运行的安全性带来了威胁。由于泵站建筑年代久远，现已出现一些碳化、裂缝、沉陷、破损，运行事故市场发生，维修周期越来越短；闸阀、压力管道锈蚀、腐蚀严重，造成爆裂隐患，这对泵站的运行和安全管理造成了很不利的影响。

2.2管理意识淡薄、管理水平不高。

我国水利工程长期存在重建设，轻管理的问题，尤其是对于运行不频繁、作用不太多的泵站。……
