【摘 要】 目的：探究婴幼儿发育和行为的预见性保健指导在儿童保健的应用效果。方法：选取86例在我院儿科门诊进行体检的健康婴幼儿作为观察对象，所有观察对象的受检时间均在2013年4月～2014年4月。将其通过抽签法进行随机分组（A、B两组，每组43例婴幼儿），然后对A组中的婴幼儿家长进行婴幼儿发育和行为的预见性保健指导；B组给予常规指导。分别在婴幼儿出生后的9个月、12个月、18个月和24个月对其进行智力发育和体格发育的测试评定。结果：在婴幼儿出生后的9个月、12个月、18个月和24个月，A组中婴幼儿的智力发育指数、心理运动指数、生长等级均要显著优于B组，两组间各项指标进行比较得出的结果具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：对婴幼儿的发育和行为进行针对性的预见性保健指导，能够显著提升婴幼儿的智力发育指数、心理运动指数、生长等级，对于婴幼儿的成长具有非常重要的意义，让婴幼儿能够拥有更加强壮的体魄和完善的智力，值得推广应用。

Abstract： objective： to explore the infant development and predictability of behavior in child health care guidance application effect. Methods： choose 86 cases of infant in our hospital pediatric outpatient medical health as research object， all subjects of time tested in April 2013 to April 2014. It randomly assigned through the draw method （A， B two groups， each group of 43 cases of infants and young children）， then parents of infants and young children in group A with infants and young children development and predictability of behavior health guidance； B group was given routine guidance. In infants and young children born after 9 months， 12 months， 18 months and 24 months on the mental development and physical development of the test evaluation. Results： after the baby was born nine months， 12 months， 18 months and 24 months， infants and young children in group A of the mental development index， the index of psychological movement， growth levels were significantly better than group B， the indicators are compared the results between the two groups have significant difference （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the development of infants corresponding predictive health guidance and behavior， can significantly improve infants intelligence development index， the index of psychological movement， the growth level， has very important meaning for the growth of infants and young children， let the baby can have a stronger body and improve the intelligence and is worthy of popularization and application.

前言

随着国家的不断发展，人们的生活水平不断提高，并且国家也开放了二胎政策，新生儿的数量越来越多，关于婴幼儿的保健指导工作也受到了越来越多的关注[1]。儿童保健需要从体温保养、喂养指导、清洁卫生、消毒隔离等方面来对其进行针对性的保健指导[2]。比如，新生儿的房间应阳光充足温度和湿度适宜，尤其是在冬季也要注意，新生儿皮肤娇嫩，皮肤的抵抗力也较低，在对新生儿进行沐浴时，也要注意水温的调节，婴幼儿所居住的环境中，也要尽可能保持空气清新，通风良好，冬季定时开窗换气，夏季避免室内温度过高[3]。如果婴幼儿的家长对儿童保健等工作没有准确的了解，很可能会在日常生活中无意间对婴幼儿造成伤害，或者影响婴幼儿的生长发育，对于婴幼儿的身心健康和家庭和谐均有不利的影响[4]。……
