【摘 要】 目的：观察优质护理在瘢痕子宫妊娠中晚期引产术后的应用效果。方法：选取2015年2月至2016年3月我院收治的52例瘢痕子宫妊娠中晚期引产术患者作为研究对象，按照入院时间将其分为常规护理组和优质护理组，每组26例，常规护理组患者行常规护理干预，优质护理组患者在常规护理的基础上行优质护理干预，对两组患者护理后的护理满意度进行分析和比较。结果：护理后，优质护理组患者的护理满意度明显高于常规护理组，在统计学中，该差异存在意义，P<0.05。结论：优质护理在瘢痕子宫妊娠中晚期引产术后的应用可以有效提升患者的護理满意度，利于建立和谐的护患关系，值得推广。

Abstract： Objective： To evaluate the quality of care in the third trimester abortion uterine scar after application effect. Methods： February 2015 to March 2016 the late induction of labor in patients admitted to our hospital 52 cases of uterine scar pregnancy in the study， according to the time of admission into its usual care and quality care groups of 26 cases， usual care intervention group underwent routine care， quality of care patients uplink quality care interventions in routine care， based on the satisfaction of nursing care after two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results： After treatment， patients quality care nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than conventional care group， statistically， the difference in the meaning of existence， P <0.05. Conclusion： quality care in the third trimester abortion uterine scar after application can effectively enhance patient satisfaction with care， which will help establish a harmonious relationship between nurses， worthy of promotion.

近些年，瘢痕子宫妊娠中晚期引产手术概率不断增加，术后容易并发产妇感染、大出血等一系列症状，严重威胁着患者的身体健康，甚至是生命安全[1]。有效的术后护理能够降低术后并发症的发生概率，使手术治疗效果提升。专家认为，优质护理在瘢痕子宫妊娠中晚期引产术后的应用取得了良好临床效果，对患者治愈效果有促进作用[2]。为进一步研究优质护理在临床中的应用效果，特选取2015年2月至2016年3月我院收治的52例瘢痕子宫妊娠中晚期引产术患者作为研究对象，观察优质护理的应用效果，报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2015年2月至2016年3月我院收治的52例瘢痕子宫妊娠中晚期引产术患者作为研究对象，按照入院时间将其分为常规护理组和优质护理组，每组26例，其中，常规护理组患者年龄介于24-38岁，平均年龄为（29.3±2.2）岁，平均孕周为（22.3±2.6）周。……
