[摘要]医院档案管理在医院运作中具有举足轻重的作用，医院档案管理的信息化建设更是医院管理现代化进程中的关键环节。医院档案是医疗卫生活动的真实记录，其不仅对医院自身的发展，同时也对提高科研技术水平、促进医学进步等医院卫生事业发展起到了举足轻重的作用。如今逐步跨入信息时代，随着现代信息技术和网络技术的高速发展，医院档案的信息化建设、网络化管理等逐渐成为一种发展趋势。本文从医院档案信息化建设的意义、建设过程中存在的问题等方面进行探讨，尝试提出医院档案信息化建设的几点建议。

[Abstract]Hospital archives management plays an important role in the operation of hospital.The information construction of hospital archives management is the key link in the process of hospital management modernization.The hospital file is a real record of medical and health activities，which not only plays an important role in the development of hospital itself，but also on the development of hospital health，such as improving the level of scientific research technology and promoting medical progress.With the rapid development of modern information technology and network technology，the information construction and network management of hospital archives gradually become a development trend.In this paper，the significance of the construction of hospital archives information，the construction of the problems in the process of such issues，try to put forward a number of hospital archives information construction proposals.

[Key words]Hospital；Archives management；Information construction；Proposal 一家醫院的成立、建设、发展，甚至辉煌阶段都记录在医院档案之中，其不仅对医院自身的发展，同时也对提高科研技术水平、促进医学进步等医院卫生事业发展起到了举足轻重的作用。如今逐步跨入信息时代，随着现代信息技术和网络技术的高速发展，医院档案的信息化管理逐渐成为一种发展趋势，也逐渐受人们追捧。同时，随着我国医疗卫生体制改革工作的纵深推进，医院档案信息化建设各环节均出现了一系列的问题，涉及从建立到应用等多个阶段，那么如何实现现代网络信息技术与医院档案管理的完美结合，不断加快医院档案管理的信息化建设步伐，是当前各级医院面临的新任务和新难题。……
