[摘要]加强重点实验室大型精密仪器的共享运行机制，整合学校现有资源，全力扩大开放使用范围和促进共享水平的提高，进而创建优质的共享资源。本文围绕重点实验室的发展和学校及社会需求，对牡丹江医学院重点实验室大型仪器进行合理布局设计，整合学校资源，构建开放共享体系模式，进一步建立智能管理平台，使仪器平台更科学、规范地为教学科研服务，为学校发展和地方经济建设服务。

Strengthening the construction of the large instrument sharing platform in key laboratory

[Abstract]The sharing operation mechanism of large precision instruments in key laboratory should be strengthened to integrate the existing resources of the university，fully expand the scope of open use and promote the improvement of the sharing level so as to create high-quality sharing resources.This paper focuses on the development of key laboratory as well as the demand of the university and society.It also provides reasonable layout design of large instruments in Key Laboratory of Mudanjiang Medical University，integrates the resources of the university and builds an open sharing system model，thereby further establishingan intelligent management plat form.As a consequence，the instrument platform can serve teaching and scientific research in a more scientific and standardized manner and also the development of the university and the local economic construction.

[Key words]Key laboratory；Instrument sharing；Intelligent management科學技术是第一生产力，科学研究是摆在我们面前的一项重要任务，而国内各大高校的重点实验室是学校以及科研部门进行高水平科研活动、学术交流的主要基地，同时是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分，是国家组织高水平基础研究和应用基础研究、聚集和培养优秀科技人才主要的场所[1-3]，为了更好地培养高层次人才、更好地发挥服务于地方经济的作用，完成更多的重大科研攻关，大型精密仪器的管理和运行至关重要[4]。牡丹江医学院是黑龙江省东南部医学培养的重要基地，拥有1个省级重点实验室——黑龙江省抗纤维化化重点实验室，仪器设施是开展科学研究的主要条件之一[5-6]，本实验室仪器设备先进完善，拥有精密仪器70余台，总价值接近2000余万元。有高效液相色谱仪、液氮柜、荧光定量、流式细胞仪、激光共聚焦、二维电泳、蛋白纯化系统、微量核酸检测仪等。……
