摘 要：随着国家经济的发展，中小物流企业在我国的经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而，融资难一直是制约中小物流企业发展的瓶颈。文章首先分析了中小企业融资难的现状，然后找出中小物流企业融资难的原因，最后结合原因提出了中小物流企业发展的对策。

Abstract： With the development of the economy， small and medium-sized logistics enterprises has played an irreplaceable role in increasing employment， however financing difficulty has been the bottleneck problem restricting the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises. This article first discusses the status quo for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises financing difficult， then the article finds out the cause of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises， and finally combines with reasons puts forward the countermeasures of development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.

近年来，我国物流业发展迅速，在经济发展中起到重要的作用。据中国物流与采购联合会数据，2015年，我国社会物流总额增长迅速，大约220万亿元，相比较于2000年增长近一倍，从事物流活动的单位数也明显增加，估计超过30万家，物流岗位吸纳的从业人员总数超过3 000万人，提供了较多的就业机会。但物流企业运营流程中的所有环节都需要资金的支撑，资金是企业运行的“血脉”，数据显示，在2007～2015年间，我国现代物流产业金融资金总需求规模达到7.67万亿元。尤其是随着中小物流企业经营规模不断扩大，购置大量运输设备、租用场地、雇佣人员等需要大量资金，资金的压力也越来越大，资金匮乏制约着我国中小物流企业的发展。

1 物流企业融资现状

1.1 内源融资数额有限

内源融资一般是中小物流企业融资的首选融资方式，也是其资金的重要来源途径。内源融资主要是通过物流企业的内部留利和固定资产折旧等实现的。这些物流企业利用留存盈余进行融资，企业能够在增加资本的同时不增加自身的债务负担，降低融资成本，防范投资风险。……
