摘 要：桂林作为国际旅游胜地城市之一，其旅游物流能力的强弱直接影响到桂林旅游业的发展，乃至整个经济的发展。构建旅游物流能力评价指标体系，运用主成分分析（PCA）与因子分析的方法对桂林现有的旅游物流能力进行评价，根据评价结果探析桂林旅游物流能力的主要影响因素以及所存在的问题。

Abstract： As one of the international tourist destination cities，Guilin tourism logistics capability directly affects the development of tourism in Guilin， and even the entire economic development. This paper constructs the tourism logistics capability evaluation index system， uses the method of principal component analysis and factor analysis to evaluate the existing tourism logistics capability of Guilin， and according to the evaluation results to explore the main factors of Guilin tourism logistics capacity and the existing problems.

0 引 言

桂林自2011年开展国家服务业综合改革试点方案以来，已基本建成基于多等级的旅游公路、高铁、空港、航道的交通体系下的“水陆空多轴运输”旅游交通系统，从而形成复合型空间旅游运输格局。但桂林旅游物流能力的强弱、是否适应桂林旅游业的发展以及现今仍存在的问题等方面的研究成果尚未存在，因此本文首先构建出旅游物流能力评价指标体系，之后运用主成分分析（PCA）与因子分析的方法对桂林现有的旅游物流能力进行评价，并根据评价结果探析桂林旅游物流能力的主要影响因素以及所存在的问题，以期为桂林旅游行业的发展提供一定的参考价值。

1 桂林旅游物流能力的评价

1.1 旅游物流能力的概念界定

目前的物流能力研究中，众多学者无统一的定义，而且学者们对物流能力的定义大多基于工业企业层面的角度进行界定，指企业在实现创造顾客价值的过程中，所具备的运用物流设施对物流活动进行计划、控制及过程实施的能力[1]。……
