摘 要：为了解决三级物流服务供应链的协调运作问题，将两部收费制契约引入到物流服务供应链的协调策略中，并将其与收益共享契约联合使用。在分包商与提供商之间使用收益共享契约，在提供商与集成商之间使用两部收费制契约，建立了联合契约下三级物流服务供应链的协调模型，并把结果与文献[9]中的集中决策与分散决策模型结果进行了对比，分析了协调的效果。最后用数值模拟验证了本文所建模型的有效性。

Abstract： In order to solve the coordination problem of three-echelon logistics service supply chain， introduced two-part tariff contract into the coordination of the logistics service supply chain， and in combination with the revenue sharing contract. By using the revenue sharing contract between subcontractors and providers and using the two-part tariff contract between providers and integrators， it establishes the coordination model of three-echelon logistics service supply chain based on the joint contract. Then it makes a comparison of the centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making which is established in the literature [9] and analyses the effect of coordination. In the end， it will verify the validity of the models established in this article using the numerical simulation.

0 引 言

随着市场竞争的越来越激烈，供应链系统内部各个决策主体之间的高效协调运作已成为人们研究的热点。然而，现有的对供应链系统协调的研究大部分都是针对产品供应链进行的，学者们使用单一或者联合的供应链契约来消除产品供应链中的“双重边际化”效应，从而使产品供应链达到协调状态。然而随着服务型经济的到来及物流产业的快速发展，人们开始把注意力转移到服务供应链特别是物流服务供应链的协调上来。但由于服务供应链与产品供应链有着本质的区别，能使产品供应链达到协调的策略并不一定适合于服务供应链，需要对服务供应链的协调作进一步研究。

对于收益共享契约与两部收费制契约对产品供应链的协调问题目前已有一些研究成果，国外研究成果中，文献[1]证明了收益共享契约能使二级产品供应链达到协调状态。……
