Abstract： The transaction risk assessment is the foundation to guarantee the normal operation of the electronic commerce system. To improve the poor accuracy and unreliable result of the current e?commerce transaction risk assessment， an e?commerce transaction risk assessment model based on data mining is proposed. The study situation of the current e?commerce transaction risk assessment is analyzed. The evaluation indicator system of the e?commerce transaction risk was constructed. The data is collected according to the assessment indicator of the electronic commerce transaction risk. The echo state network of the data mining technology is used to establish the assessment model of the electronic commerce transaction risk. The assessment performance of the e?commerce transaction risk is analyzed. The echo state network can mine the risk existing in the e?commerce transaction process effectively and find out the risk change rules. The assessment results can provide the useful information for the e?commerce transaction staff.
