【摘 要】自改革开放以来，人们的生活水平得到很大提高，这样的发展状况使得人们对生活质量要求越来越高。在房地产行业迅速发展下，建筑工程中的装饰装修公司如雨后春笋般融入到市场的大环境中，使该行业的发展呈现出激烈竞争的局面。论文通过对装饰装修过程中影响其造价因素进行总结和分析，对不同施工阶段造价控制和管理的措施予以探究。此次研究的目的在于提升资源的使用率，降低装饰装修所花费的成本。

【Abstract】Since the reform and opening up， people's living standards have been greatly improved， people's quality of life requirements are also getting higher and higher.With the rapid development of the real estate industry， the decoration companies in the construction projects have mushroomed into the market environment， so that the development of the industry presents a fierce competition situation. This paper summarizes and analyzes the factors that affect the cost of the decoration process， and probes into the measures of cost control and management in different construction stages， explores the cost control and management measures in different construction stages. The purpose of this study is to improve the utilization of resources， reduce the cost of decoration costs.

1 引言

在新时期的经济制度下，对资源和能源使用将趋向于最大化。在工业生产之外，对资源消耗相对较高的是装饰装修工程项目的开展，为了更好地贯彻和落实经济长远发展的战略，在开展装饰装修工程项目施工时，应将工程造价所涉及到的资金成本进行合理的控制。现阶段，在经济发展新常态的背景下，对装饰装修工程项目施工造价方面进行科学的控制和管理势在必行。基于这样的发展背景和状况，论文从以下两个方面对该课题进行深入的分析和研究。

2 影响装饰装修造价的几点因素

2.1 装饰装修的材料

在对房屋进行装饰装修的过程中，关于材料的使用较多，该项费用属于装饰装修项目工程造价管理和控制方面的重点项目。由于当今人们较为注重生存环境的质量，很多环保材料的使用广泛存在于工装和家装工程项目当中。……
