摘 要 教学勇气就是指教师有勇气释放自己的心灵，正视教学恐惧，相遇于师生教学的共同体，使教学契合本性。内外相契合的教学方法是实现优质教学的前提，它能保障心灵的健康，实现教师的自身认同和完整，促进教学的发展和变革。本文从教师心灵的理论内涵和实践导向两个层面进行分析，浅议教师心灵在教学过程的应用策略。

Abstract Teaching courage means that teachers have the courage to release their own minds， face the fear of teaching， meet the community of teachers and students teaching， so that teaching fit nature. The teaching method of internal and external compatibility is the premise to realize the high quality teaching， it can guarantee the health of the soul， realize the teacher's self-identity and integrity， and promote the development and reform of teaching. In this paper， the author analyzes the two aspects of the theoretical connotation and practical orientation of the teacher's mind， and discusses the application strategies of the teacher's mind in the teaching process.

作为社会文化组成的一部分，文化的诟病已经蔓延到教育，当学术文化过度赞誉外部世界，贬低内在真实，学生和教师就会失去心灵。教育教学不仅要关注外部世界，更要重视“内部景观”——教师心灵。

1教师心灵的内涵分析

帕克·J·帕尔默的《教学勇气》一书基于一个简单的逻辑前提：“真正好的教学不能降低到技术层面，真正好的教学来自教师的自身认同与完整。”①基于这一前提作者阐述了“教师心灵”这一概念。他认为，“好教师形成的联合不在于他们的方法，而在于他们的心灵——这里的心灵是人类自身中整合智能、情感、精神和意志的所在。”②教师的心灵“不仅仅是为了守护自己的灵魂，更是为了爱护学生的心灵”。研究影响教师心灵的内在因素对教育发展起着关键作用。“教师心灵”的内涵包含以下两个方面：

首先，追求教学中的自身认同和自身完整。自身认同不仅包括对成功的认同，还包括直面坎坷和挫折、爱的体验以及痛苦的感受，正是这些生活中不同的力量的汇聚才构成了不一样的人生。……
