【摘 要】在市场经济条件下，面对卫生事业的改革，面对市场竞争的挑战与机遇，医院能否运用现代化的管理手段，提高生命力和竞争力，已是医院在市场竞争中成败的关键，而随着现代信息技术的发展，计算机在各个行业的推广应用，医疗行业引入计算机网络化管理已成为医院管理科学化、规范化的先决条件，因此，如何搞好医院信息系统建设，是提高医院管理水平的重要途径。

【Abstract】In a market economy， in the face of health reform， the challenges and opportunities of market competition， hospitals can use modern management tools to improve the vitality and competitiveness， the hospital is the key to success in the market competition， and with the the development of modern information technology， computer application in various industries， the medical industry to introduce computer network management has become the hospital management and scientific， standardized prerequisite， therefore， how to improve the hospital information system is to improve the level of hospital management important way.

引 言

医疗行业是一个信息高度密集的行业，也是一个高度依赖信息处理的行业，借助信息化的管理手段可以促进医疗体制改革和医疗水平的提高。由于医院信息化建设是一项复杂艰巨的系统工程，是现代化医院的一项重要的基本建设。它不但包含着人、财、物的管理信息，同时也支持以病人为中心的整个医疗、教学、科研的各种活动。因此，近年来很多医院都在通过各个途径完善自身信息化建设，来提高服务水平。

一、医院信息化建设是提高医院管理水平的重要途径

1.医院信息化是时代发展的必然趋势。在信息化快速发展的时代，建立一个开放的、能降低医疗服务成本的信息系统，可以提高医院的业务和管理效率，降低医院运营成本。“信息化是社会经济发展到一定程度的必然要求和促进经济发展的大趋势。医院也一样，几年前，一些大中型医院相继成立了信息科，主要由统计室、病案室、医学情报室、计算机室、图书室等专业部门组成，其主要职责是搜集、整理、分析各种数据，为领导正确决策提供依据，它是提供医院各方面信息的重要部门。……
