摘要：目的 探讨对流产患者实施流产后优质护理服务的体会。方法 将168例行人工流产患者分两组，分别实施常规护理（对照组，84例）与流产后优质护理服务（干预组，84例）。在流产术前、术后随访对两组避孕知识掌握情况进行调查，并询问重复流产及生殖道炎症的发生情况。结果 护理前两组的避孕知识均处于较低水平，护理后两组的避孕知识均显著提高（P<0.05），但干预组避孕知识掌握水平明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；干预组重复流产率显著低于对照组（P<0.05），生殖道炎症发生率与对照组无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 对流产患者实施流产后优质护理服务对促进女性生殖健康水平有积极作用，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To summarize the experience of implementation of high quality nursing service on abortion abortion patients.Methods 168 cases of artificial abortion were divided into two groups，were given routine nursing（control group，84 cases）and high quality nursing service after abortion （intervention group，84 cases）.The abortion preoperative，postoperative follow-up of two master group of contraceptive knowledge were investigated，and asked the inflammation of repeated abortion and genital tract.Results Two groups before nursing contraceptive knowledge was at a low level，the nursing of two groups after contraceptive knowledge were significantly increased（P<0.05），but the intervention group mastery level of contraceptive knowledge was significantly higher than the control group（P<0.05）；intervention group repeated abortion rate was significantly lower than the control group （P<0.05），genital tract inflammation incidence rate had no significant difference with control group （P>0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service for abortion patients has a positive effect on promoting the level of female reproductive health，which is worthy of promotion.

據了解，目前我国每年行人工流产的女性多达1400万，且超过半数以上者还是重复流产。在重复流产超过3次的女性中大概34.6%会出现大出血、盆腔炎症、继发不孕症等比较严重的并发症或后遗症[1-2]。而在导致人工流产的原因中十分重要的一条就是意外妊娠。因此，要切实做好流产后女性的教育与指导工作，提高其对避孕知识的认识，以降低意外妊娠，减少人工流产及重复流产，促进女性生殖健康。我院对人工流产患者实施了流产后优质护理服务，获得了较明显的成效，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 选择2013年5月～2016年6月168例行人工流产的患者，排除病理因素流产、合并生殖器炎症、肿瘤及精神病等，年龄19～32岁，平均年龄（28.4±4.7）岁，未婚62例，已婚106例，有既往流产史59例。随机分为干预组与对照组各84例，两组基线资料无统计学有差异（P>0.05）。

1.2方法 对照组实施流产后常规护理：嘱咐流产后患者有关的注意事项，讲解常用的避孕方法。……
