[摘要] 目的 探究與分析全程无缝隙护理对胶质瘤患者术后负性情绪及生活质量的影响。 方法 选取2013年6月～2015年6月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院收治的90例胶质瘤患者，采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组与全程无缝隙护理组，每组各45例，连续护理6个月。比较两组焦虑抑郁情绪评分、癌因性疲乏量表评分及生活质量评分。 结果 与护理前相比，两组患者护理后焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均降低；与常规护理组相比，全程无缝隙护理组SAS及SDS评分降低更加显著，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。与护理前相比，两组患者护理后躯体疲乏、情感疲乏及认知疲乏评分均降低；与常规护理组相比，全程无缝隙护理组躯体疲乏、情感疲乏及认知疲乏评分降低更加显著，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。与常规护理组相比，全程无缝隙护理组角色功能、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能较高，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 给予胶质瘤患者术后全程无缝隙护理，可缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪，改善癌因性疲乏程度，促进提高生活质量。

The effect of the whole seamless care in negative emotions and quality of life of postoperative patients with glioma

[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the effect of the whole seamless care in negative emotions and quality of life of postoperative patients with glioma. Methods 90 cases with glioma treated in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected. All the patients divided into the routine nursing group and the whole seamless nursing group， according to the random number table ， with 45 cases in each group. All patients were given nursing for 6 months. The anxiety and depression score， cancer-related fatigue rating scale and the quality of life scores of two groups were compared. Results Compared with before nursing， the self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） scores of two groups after nursing were lower， and the SAS and SDS scores in whole seamless nursing group were lower than routine nursing group， with statistically significant differences （P < 0.05）. The body fatigue， emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue scores of two groups after nursing were lower than before， and the scores of the whole seamless nursing group were lower than the routine nursing group， with statistically significant difference （P < 0.05）. The role function， physical function， psychological function， social function of whole seamless nursing group were higher than that of the routine nursing group， with statistically significant differences （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The whole seamless apply in patients with glioma after surgery can alleviate anxiety and depression， improve cancer-related fatigue degree and promote the quality of life.

胶质瘤是一类发病率较高的中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤，据调查资料显示，胶质瘤占全部中枢神经系统肿瘤的45%～55%，其中以Ⅲ型与Ⅳ型最为多见[1-2]。由于胶质瘤的病情较为复杂，且术后需要长时间的放化疗，易产生癌因性疲乏，出现焦虑抑郁等不良情绪，影响治疗及预后。因此，对于胶质瘤患者术后实施积极有效的护理对策至关重要[3]。常规护理虽可取得一定效果，但仍存在诸多不足，现哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院（以下简称“我院”）在常规护理基础上实施了全程无缝隙护理，并与常规护理方法进行对比，结果报道如下：

1 资料与方法
