摘要： 基站室外一体化机柜以“低成本、易选址、易施工”等优点，现已成为解决机房建设投资和选址压力的最主要手段。具有资产追踪定位系统三重防盗功能的室外机柜采用外部使用防盗电子锁、设备增加物理防盗装置和设备内增智能追踪定位系统相结合技术方案，实现三重防盗功能，大大提高室外机柜防盗等级。本文主要对具有资产追踪定位系统三重防盗功能的室外机柜三种防盗关键技术要求进行了论述。

Abstract： The base station outdoor integration cabinet with "low cost， easy location， easy construction" and other advantages， has become the most important means to solve the machine room construction investment and site pressure. The outdoor cabinet with asset tracking and positioning system and three anti-theft function uses the technical scheme that the outside uses anti-theft electronic locks， the devices increase physical anti-theft devices and the inside equipment increases the intelligent tracking and positioning system， which are combined， realizing the three anti-theft function， and greatly improving the anti-theft level of outdoor cabinets. This paper mainly discusses the three key anti-theft technical requirements of the outdoor cabinet with asset tracking and positioning system and the three anti-theft functions.

0 引言

现电信运营商正全面铺开新建站点建设及老站点的改造，而基站室外一体化机柜站点防盗一直是运营商最头痛的问题，现处理站点蓄电池等设备偷盗的方法一直停留在机械防盗（如增加挂锁）及电池仓直接采用护栏现场焊接等方式，防盗效果不好且增加设备维护难道。本研发项目提出了全新的多重防盗解决方案，采用外部使用防盗电子锁、设备增加物理防盗装置和设备内增智能追踪定位系统相结合技术方案，实现三重防盗功能，大大提高室外机柜防盗等级。最大程度上解决运营商站点设备被盗问题，减少财产损失及断网客户投诉。（注：室外一体化机柜是指直接处于气候影响下，由金属或非金属材料制成的，不允许操作者进入操作的柜体。其内部可安装通信系统设备、交直流配电、蓄电池、温度调节设备、及其它配套设备，能为内部设备正常工作提供可靠的机械和环境保护。……
