摘要：目的 探讨静脉腔内激光与传统手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法 对73例86条肢体行静脉腔内激光治疗和58例67条肢体行传统手术的临床资料进行分析，对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间及手术并发症等情况。结果 静脉腔内激光治疗组手术时间、术中出血量及术后住院时间显著少于传统手术组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；而手术并发症情况差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 静脉腔内激光治疗疗效理想，较传统手术优势明显，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of endovenous laser and traditional surgical treatment of lower extremity varicose vein.Methods 73 cases with 86 limbs underwent endovenous laser treatment and 58 cases 67 limbs underwent conventional surgery and analyze the clinical data of two groups were compared in operation time，bleeding volume，postoperative hospitalization time and postoperative complications.Results Endovenous laser treatment group operation time，intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospital stay was significantly less than the conventional surgery group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）；while there was no significant difference in operative complications （P>0.05）.Conclusion The ideal curative effect of endovenous laser treatment，compared with traditional operation，obvious advantages，worthy of promotion.

下肢靜脉曲张（lower extremity varicosity，LEV）是血管外科的常见病，约占下肢静脉疾病的70%，传统治疗方法为大隐静脉高位结扎加分段剥脱术，但其切口多、创伤大、术中出血量大、恢复慢[1]。随着社会的发展，人们对手术及术后生活质量的要求越来越高，而微创技术和激光技术的广泛应用极大的满足了人们的需求。静脉腔内激光治疗（endovenous laser treatment，EVLT）具有创伤小、恢复快等特点，逐渐取代了传统手术。我院自2015年3月引进武汉凌云半导体激光治疗仪治疗LEV，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料 选择2015年3月～2016年9月我院应用腔内激光治疗的LEV患者73例（EVLT组），男48例，女25例，年龄30～81岁（平均年龄57.34岁），病程3～40年，平均15年。共86条肢体，CEAP临床分级：C2级15条、C3级26条、C4级35条、C5级7条、C6级3条。2014年6月～2015年6月我院传统手术治疗的LEV患者58例（传统手术组），其中男43例，女15例，年龄28～78岁（平均年龄54.62岁），病程2～35年，平均14年。共67条肢体，CEAP临床分级：C2级12条、C3级15条、C4级30条、C5级8条、C6级2条。两组患者的一般性资料（性别、年龄、病程及CEAP临床分级）差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。……
