摘要：目的 探讨微波理疗治疗支气管肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选择2015年1月～2016年4月我科收治的支气管肺炎123例，随机分为观察组69例和对照组54例，两组在抗感染、祛痰、改善通气等治疗基础上，观察组加用肺部微波理疗，bid，对照组加用酚妥拉明0.3 mg/kg，加入5%葡萄注射液ivgtt，bid，观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果 两组总有效率比较无明显差异（P>0.05），但显效率观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05），并且观察组肺部啰音消失时间，住院日均明显缩短于对照组，观察组家长满意度明显优于對照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 支气管肺炎在综合治疗基础上，可采用胸部微波理疗方法，此治疗方式可显著提高临床疗效，且安全可靠，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of microwave therapy in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia.Methods 123 cases of bronchial pneumonia treated in our department from January 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into observation group（69 cases）and control group（54 cases）.The two groups were treated on the basis of anti-infection，expectorant and improving ventilation.The observation group was treated with pulmonary microwave therapy，bid，the control group plus phentolamine 0.3 mg/kg，add 5% grape injection ivgtt，bid，observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups （P>0.05），but the effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05），and the disappearance of lung rales in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group，the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Bronchial pneumonia can be used on the basis of comprehensive treatment of thoracic microwave therapy.This treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy，safe and reliable，worthy of clinical promotion.

支气管肺炎是儿童时期尤其是婴幼儿最常见的下呼吸道感染，是儿童住院最常见原因，也是<5岁儿童死亡的首要病因，病理、生理变化为肺组织充血、水肿、炎症细胞浸润，由于支气管、肺泡炎症引起通气换气功能障碍，导致缺氧和CO2潴留，引起呼吸功能不全，临床表现为频繁咳嗽，呼吸急促及紫绀，肺部大量湿啰音 ；对于呼吸困难及肺部大量湿啰音，临床上常采取改善血管通透性和微循环等治疗以改善症状，如使用酚妥拉明等。微波理疗是应用波长为1m-1mm的特高频电磁波作用于人体治疗疾病的方法，据报道，近年来微波治疗广泛用于内科疾病的辅助治疗，为客观评价远红外线胸部理疗方法治疗支气管肺炎的临床疗效，本研究在抗感染、祛痰、改善通气等治疗基础上，观察组加用胸部微波理疗理疗，bid，对照组加用酚妥拉明0.3 mg/kg，加入5%葡萄糖ivgtt，bid，观察两组患儿的临床疗效，结果胸部微波理疗理疗方法取得了良好的效果，现将结果报告如下。
