摘要：目的 探讨髌骨粉碎性骨折采取改良张力带术治疗的效果。方法 按照随机数字法将我院接诊的髌骨粉碎性骨折患者90例分为两组，每组45例，对照组以常规张力带术治疗，研究组则实施改良张力带术治疗。观察记录两组患者临床效果、并发症发生率及骨折愈合时间，并采取统计学分析。结果 研究组优良率显著高于对照组，而并发症发生率显著低于对照组，骨折愈合时间也明显短于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 髌骨粉碎性骨折患者采取改良张力带术治疗疗效明显，安全性高，而且可以缩短骨折愈合时间，值得借鉴。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of modified tension band surgery on patellar comminuted fracture.Methods 90 patients with patellar comminuted fracture were divided into two groups according to the random number method.The control group was treated with conventional tension band.The study group was treated with modified tension band.The clinical outcomes，the incidence of complications and the time of fracture healing were recorded and the statistical analysis was performed.Results The excellent and good rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group.The time of fracture healing was significantly shorter than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion The patients with patellar comminuted fracture have obvious curative effect，high safety，and can shorten the time of fracture healing.It is worthwhile to learn.

髕骨骨折属于临床常见关节内骨折疾病，随着近几年我国建筑事业、交通事业等发展，使得髌骨粉碎性骨折发生率有所升高[1]，传统克氏针-钢丝张力带应用在粉碎性骨折中的优势不明显，为此需加强新型方案的研究。自从上世纪末改良张力带术出现，这种方案显示出了良好的效果，我院近十余年一直在沿用，且不断改良，得到医患肯定。为了进一步探讨髌骨粉碎性骨折治疗中实施改良张力带术的效果，我院针对接诊的90例髌骨粉碎性骨折实施了对照，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选择我院接诊的髌骨粉碎性骨折患者90例进行研究，纳入研究时间2012年1月～2016年1月。纳入研究患者临床资料完整，入院后确诊符合髌骨骨折诊断标准，且均属于新鲜"星状"粉碎性骨折，签署知情同意书愿意配合本次研究。按照随机数字法将他们分为2组，每组45例，对照组：男30例、女15例；……
