摘 要：随着我国经济发展的放缓，煤炭企业也进入了一个调整时期。煤炭物流体系的建设也呈现出了缓慢的趋势，突出表现在煤炭企业与发电企业及其用电市场的矛盾上。但是高额的信息成本、超高的空驶率、陈旧的设施设备、繁琐低效的程序等等问题也显露着煤炭行业的物流体系存在着巨大的管理漏洞与惊人的浪费。同时也说明煤炭物流体系的现代化再造有着广阔的空间和丰厚的利润。文章分析了煤炭企业物流管理发展的困境及存在的问题，并进一步提出了建设现代化煤炭物流业的措施。

Abstract： With the slowdown of economic development in China， coal enterprises have entered a period of adjustment. The construction of the coal logistics system also presents a slow trend， which is manifested in the contradiction between the coal enterprise and the power generation enterprise and the electricity market. But the high cost of information， the high rate of empty driving， outdated facilities and equipment， cumbersome and inefficient procedures and so on， also revealed that the logistics system of the coal industry there is a huge management loopholes and amazing waste. At the same time， it also shows that the modernization of the coal logistics system has broad space and huge profits. This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems of the development of logistics management in coal enterprises， and puts forward the measures for the construction of modern coal logistics industry.

物流作为“第三利润源泉”，在降低成本、提高效益、增强企业市场竞争力方面起着极其重要的作用，是当前企业“最重要的竞争领域”。物流贯穿于煤炭企业生产和经营的全过程，物流环节的任何改善都会对企业管理水平的提高起促进作用。煤炭企业只有不断加强物流管理，才能不断提高市场竞争力。

1 煤炭企业物流管理的现状及分析

我国煤炭企业所属物流公司大多属于在进行煤炭贸易的同时，提供煤炭运输服务和配煤等加工服务，主要盈利点依赖于煤炭贸易，采用的是服务层次较低的运营模式。近几年来，随着煤价的不断走低，煤炭流通环节利润空间缩减，大量煤炭流通企业出现经营困难局面。一方面，数量众多的小企业业务重心仅集中在煤炭贸易和落实铁路计划层面，主要通过传统的煤炭贸易价差来获取利润；……
