摘要：深化高职教育教学改革，创新高职院校顶岗实习的管理，要求用互联网+的思维，构建院校、企业、教师、学生之间的互动学习机制；用互联网信息技术，打造信息融通的实习教学管理平台。建设基于微课的实习互动教学管理平台， 有利于加强学生实习期的学习管理，保障实习质量和持续性学习与指导，促进师生的持续性学习和发展。

Abstract： To deepen the teaching reform of higher vocational education， and innovate internship management of higher vocational education， require the use of thinking of Internet+， construct interactive learning mechanism among enterprises， colleges， teachers and students； the use of the Internet information technology to build information intermediation practice teaching management platform. The construction of practice interactive teaching management platform based on micro class ， is conducive to strengthening the students' learning management in the internship period， ensure the quality of practice and the continuous learning and guidance， and promote the continuous learning and development of teachers and students.

0 引言

当前我国经济社会发展正处于由传统社会向信息社会转型发展的重要时期，需要大量高素质技能型人才，然而大学生就业质量却不能满足社会经济发展的需求，突出表现在用工荒和就业难并存。高职院校顶岗实习是学生理论和实践学习结合的重要学习阶段，研究如何利用互联网技术，建立起校企师生的互动学习机制，有效提高顶岗实习效果，提高高职教育质量，极有必要。

1 利用互联网优势加强实习管理

1.1 提高高职教育质量，有必要创新顶岗实习管理

《中国经济报告》发布的《2015年中国劳动力市场展望》中指出，高校毕业生专业结构、就业观念与市场需求脱节的结构性矛盾仍然突出；在转型升级中，产业和岗位需求加速调整，也将对教育适应市场需求的改革提出挑战。《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》（国发[2014]19号）指出：“坚持校企合作、工学结合，强化教学、学习、实训相融合的教育教学活动。加大实习实训在教学中的比重，创新顶岗实习形式，强化以育人为目标的实习实训考核评价。……
