摘要：专业学位研究生教育是一种以提升职业能力为导向的应用型人才培养形式。基于协同创新的视角，通过对培养原则、培养要素和培养环节进行深入剖析，提出创建以三螺旋理论为指导上的专业学位研究生协同创新平台，构建了提升职业能力的专业学位研究生培养模式，并从主体、战略、环节、信息等四个方面阐述了协同创新视角下专业学位研究生培养模式的协同机制。对专业学位研究生的培养模式改革具有借鉴意义。

Abstract： The education of postgraduates of specialized degrees is a professional-competence-oriented training form of applied talents. Based on the perspective of collaborative innovation， this paper analyzes the principles， the elements and the links of training postgraduates of specialized degrees， puts the collaborative innovation platform forward instructed by the Triple Helix Theory， constructs the training model of postgraduates of specialized degrees， and elaborates the collaborative mechanism of the training model of postgraduates of specialized degrees based on the perspective of collaborative innovation from subjects， strategies， links， and information. This paper makes much sense to the reform of the training model of postgraduates of specialized degrees.

0 引言

协同创新（Collaborative Innovation）是政府、企业、高校、研究机构、中介机构等多主体，围绕创新目标，突破组织间壁垒，实现深度合作优势互补，加速知识增值、技术的推广应用和科研成果产业化的过程。协同创新视角下的专业学位研究生培养模式在提高创新水平和创新效率的同时，极大地提升专业学位研究生的职业能力。

1 文献综述

在专业学位研究生培养的协同创新研究方面，黄正夫等认为研究生培养范式要实现从师徒规训到协同创新的转化[1]，杜栋等建立了研究生的产学研协同创新培养机制理论模型[2]，杨秋波等从宏观、中观和微观三个层面进行分析，提出专业学位研究生培养目标生成需要产业和高校协同进行[3]。具体到特定类型的专业学位研究生培养问题研究，梁晓丽探析了教育硕士研究生的协同育人路径[4]，文永红等剖析了中国石油大学工程硕士研究生培养中存在的问题[5]，程平等构建了会计专业硕士研究生协同创新培养模式的框架[6]。……
