摘要：职业技能大赛既是我国职业教育制度的一个创新，也是高职院校内涵式发展的重要助推器。目前高职职业技能大赛虽在不断延伸中蓬勃发展，但也存在制约其前行的短板。本文主要从高职院校内涵式发展的概念入手，阐述了职业技能大赛对高职院校内涵式发展的影响，并提出了以职业技能大赛促进高职院校内涵式发展的保障措施，促进高职教育改革与创新。

Abstract： The vocational skills competition is not only an innovation of China's vocational education system， but also an important booster for the development of the connotation development in higher vocational colleges. At present， vocational skills competition in higher vocational education is booming， but there are still short boards which restrict forward. This article mainly from the concept of the connotative development in higher vocational colleges， expounds the influence of occupation skills contest on the connotative development in higher vocational colleges， and puts forward the safeguard measures， and promote the innovation and reform of higher education.

0 引言

近些年来，随着高职院校在数量与规模上的扩大，已经名副其实地成为高等教育的半壁江山。高职院校在过去十几年的外延式发展过程中，呈现出明显的弊端和矛盾。而高职内涵式发展主要是以高职院校的学校理念、教育科研、教师能力、学校文化、学生素质等内部因素作为动力和资源的一种发展模式。在这种形势下为了促进高职院校的健康可持续发展，注重教育质量、实力和竞争力的内涵式发展逐渐成为高职教育关注的焦点。国务院副总理刘延东在出席2015年全国职业院校技能大赛闭幕式时明确指出，职业院校技能大赛在引导职业院校办出特色、办出水平发挥了重要作用。显然，作为教学成果展示平台的职业技能大赛已经是高职院校内涵式发展的重要助推器，对高职院校、教师、学生产生了重要的影响和作用。因此，如何将职业技能大赛融入高职人才培养模式及教学改革，又能避免高职教育“技能化”、“功利化”等倾向是当前高职教育面临的重要课题。……
