摘要：从译者的翻译实践出发，分析国际译联《译者宪章》中关于译者权利与义务的条例，认为其存在着伦理规范导向、服务对象、再现文本以及伦理形式与实质内容等种种翻译伦理困境。应根据契约伦理、期望伦理以及信任伦理给翻译职业道德准则以准确的定位，为我国翻译职业道德准则的制定指明方向。

Abstract： Based on translators translating practice， this paper analyzes the items about rights and duties of translators in Translators Charter issued by FIT （Federation International des Transducteurs）. It points out the ethical dilemmas translators will encounter in such fields as moral orientation， ethics of service， ethics of representation， formal acceptance and spiritual fidelity. It proposes that code of professional ethics in translation should be given an accurate and fixed position in accordance with ethics of contract， expectation and trust. It is hoped that this paper may shed light on the establishment of code of professional ethics in China.

当今世界，国际间的交往越来越频繁，翻译作为交流中必不可少的手段越来越受到重视，因此制定一部成文的翻译职业道德准则非常有必要。翻译职业道德准则是译者在从事翻译的过程中应遵循的基本道德，它既规定了译者在翻译活动中的行为标准和要求，又是翻译行业对社会所负的道德责任与义务。它是译者职业品德、职业纪律、专业能力和责任的充分体现。它属于自律范围，通过公约、守则等对翻译职业的某些方面加以规范，对于译者行为具有一定的规约性与指导性。

为了明确翻译工作者的权利和义务，阐明与翻译工作者的职业密切相关的几项共同原则，奠定翻译工作者道德规范的基础，为翻译工作者及其职业团体提供某些活动方针，国际翻译工作者联合会（国际译联）制定了《译者宪章》并于1963年9月在杜布罗夫尼克（南斯拉夫）召开的第四次代表大会上通过。当时参加国际译联的有23个国家的翻译工作者团体[1]。此后陆续有很多国家根据自己的发展需要制定了本国或本地区的翻译职业道德准则。……
