摘要：作为广东经济和社会发展的排头兵，广东省属企业在广东经济建设中不仅发挥了骨干作用，而且在社会责任实践过程中，取得了卓越的成效，并形成了自身鲜明的特色。本文通过对广东省属企业部分已披露的相关责任数据进行归纳、分析，总结出了广东省属企业履行社会责任七个方面的主要特征。从而，通过对广东经济主力军省属企业履行社会责任的水平的分析了解，有助于推进对广东省属企业社会责任的研究。

Abstract： As the vanguard of Guangdongs economic and social development， Guangdong provincial enterprises not only played a key role in Guangdong economic construction， but also has made remarkable achievements in the process of social responsibility practice， and has formed its own distinct characteristics. This paper summarized and analysed part of the relevant data disclosed by Guangdong provincial enterprises， and summed up the main features of Guangdong provincial enterprises fulfilling their social responsibility in seven aspects.Thus，by analyzing the level of social responsibility of the main force in Guangdong economy， the provincial enterprises， it will help to promote the research of social responsibility of Guangdong provincial enterprises.

0 引言

广东省属企业不仅在广东经济建设中发挥骨干作用，也走在国企改革的前列，履行企业社会责任方面不断取得突出成效，并在社会责任实践过程中形成自身的鲜明特色[1]。越来越多的省属企业尝试将履行社会责任与自身资源和能力优势紧密结合起来，通过履行社会责任赢得竞争优势。但是如何立足长远，在经济全球化浪潮的汹涌冲击下，抓住国企改革、经济转型、建设海上丝绸之路的战略机遇期，省属企业如何在履行社会责任的过程中，将其转化为自身内在的竞争优势，即“有责任才有竞争力”，也是一个值得深思的课题，以期能够提出相应的方法策略进行改进。

1 省属企业履行社会责任特征

1.1 履行社会责任的能力较强

近年来，广东省属企业经营规模和经营业绩不断提升，履行社会责任能力日益增强，截止至2015年3月，经过重组，省国资委监管的21家广东省属企业资产总额达10836.94亿元，归属于母公司所有者权益3244.99亿元，分别同比增长21.30%和44.03%。……
