摘要：土建工程施工现场材料管理涉及面多，工序繁琐复杂，必须采取科学有效的方法进行管理。随着工程建设规模的不断扩大，传统的粗放式管理模式越来越不适用于当前的发展。因此对土建工程材料管理的细节加以研究，强化土建工程细节管理，是施工企业管理和质量管控的必然发展趋势。

Abstract： Civil engineering construction site material management involves many aspects， and the process is complicated， so we must adopt scientific and effective method. With the continuous expansion of the scale of construction， the traditional extensive management model cant meet the current development any more. Therefore， it is the inevitable development trend of construction enterprise management and quality control to study civil engineering materials management in detail and strengthen the civil engineering details management.

0 引言

一项工程从筹备到交付使用，管理工作非常重要。项目实施过程中，人工、材料、现场施工等等费用数目庞大。作为项目管理者，必须根据施工进展不断的分析总结、总结完善，才能提高整体施工质量，保证工程项目的顺利进行和完成。按照工程的进展，可划分为项目策划、可研性调研、决策、筹资、设计、施工、运营、交付、拆除。每个阶段的工作重点和工作要求、标准各有侧重，项目管理者不仅要运筹帷幄，掌控全局，还要对各个环节的细节问题全程掌控，做到细致入微。而且不同的土建项目，需要掌控的重点也不尽相同。但是，从工程实体、施工技术到现场管理，无论什么种类的土建项目，都要发生材料和能源消耗。需要工程材料管理方对材料采买、验收、入库、使用、保管等各个环节加以管理。这个管理需要从细处着眼，因此必须要有一套完善的工程材料管理模式可以依据。总体来说，能够形成“细管理“，最终达到材料费用可控，成本可控，对于企业有百利无一害，但也并非易事[1]。……
