摘 要： 从医学生信息类课程的现状和问题出发，阐述了信息素养的内涵和概念；探讨了信息分析与决策理论教学中，结合医学应用案例，培养学生的信息意识素质、信息能力素质的方法和过程，以及教学中如何处理好技术原理的抽象性与医学生理工素质薄弱之间的矛盾，以提升课堂的教学效果。经过两年的教学实践，对医学生的信息素养培养取得了较好的效果。

Information literacy training in the teaching of medical information

analysis and decision theory course

Abstract： According to the status quo and problems of the information curriculum for medical students， this paper expounds the connotation and the concept of information literacy； combining with the medical application cases， discusses the method and process for cultivating students' information consciousness quality and information ability quality in the teaching of information analysis and decision theory course， and how to deal with the contradiction between the abstract nature of technical principle and the weak science and engineering quality of medical students to improve the classroom teaching effect. After two years of teaching practice， the medical students' information literacy training has achieved a good result.

0 引言

1974 年美国信息产业协会主席保罗·车可斯基（Paul Zurkowski） 首次提出信息素养的概念， 并定义为“利用大量的信息工具及主要信息源使问题得到解答的技术和技能”。华东师范大学的王吉庆教授在1997年7月出版的个人专著《信息素养论》一书中，首次将信息素养这一概念引入国内学者视野，他认为，信息素养是人们在信息社会获得信息、利用信息、开发信息方面的修养与能力。它包含信息意识与情感、信息伦理道德、信息常识以及信息能力多个方面，是一种综合性的、社会共同的评价。

信息素养正在成为一个全社会的要素， 是一项促进人类发展的全球性政策。信息素养是大学生投入信息社会的先决条件， 是终身学习的基础[1]。国际医学教育专门委员会（IIME）制定了本科医学教育的“全球医学教育最低基本要求”，指出世界各地医学院校本科生必须具备的信息管理能力五大标准[2]。……
