摘要规划档案信息化与数字化是城市规划档案工作发展的必然要求。梳理城市规划档案信息化与数字化研究与实践的成果，有利于日后规划档案信息化与数字化工作的开展，也有利于推动整个规划档案现代化的进程，更好地服务社会、服务公众、服务城市建设与发展。

Abstract The informatization and digitization of planning archives are the inevitable requirements of urban planning development in archives work Sorting the results of archives informatization and digital urban planning research and practice, it is conducive to the future planning work of archives informatization and digitization, and conducive to promote the modernization of the whole planning archives as well, to serve better the society, the public, the urban construction and development of the service.

一、规划档案信息化

“在一个信息化的时代，信息化的程度成为衡量各行各业现代化程度的重要评价标准，当然在当今经济发展中发挥着越来越重要作用的城市规划档案管理也不例外，实现城市档案管理的信息化具有重要意义。”[1]这里我们从规划档案信息化的必要性、重要性和目标，规划档案信息化的重点环节，规划档案信息化的特征，规划档案信息化的主要障碍，规划档案信息化的对策与策略几个方面来梳理一下城市规划档案信息化研究的成果。

1、规划档案信息化的必要性、重要性和目标

就规划档案信息化的必要性，一种观点认为：规划专业的档案与其他专业档案不同，既有对某一区域当前建设的详细规划设计，又有对某一区域今后建设发展的前瞻性规划。档案作为规划工作的第一手参考资料，在城市的规划建设工作中发挥了举足轻重的作用。但是“要想真正充分发挥规划档案的作用，实现其社会价值的最大化，档案的管理必须要适应信息化环境，既保持传统管理方式的优点，又利用现代信息化技术将档案管理提高一个新水平。……
