摘要：数字档案馆（室）成熟度评介，数字档案馆（室）建设中的一个新内容。文章在阐述了成熟度的概念，成熟度评价研究与应用的现状的基础上，对数字档案馆（室）成熟度评介指标与评估方法研究的内容，数字档案馆（室）成熟度评介指标与评估方法研究的必要性与可行性进行了论述。在简要描述数字档案馆（室）成熟度评介指标与评估方法研究框架后，提出了数字档案馆（室）成熟度评介指标与评估方法研究的方法与路径。

Abstract The review of digital archives (rooms) maturity is a new content of the construction in digital archives (rooms). The article expounds the concept of maturity, maturity evaluation, on the basis of the status quo of research and application of digital archives (rooms) maturity assessment index and evaluation research method, the content of the digital archives (rooms) maturity assessment index and evaluation method research of the necessity and feasibility are discussed. In a brief description of digital archives (rooms) after maturity assessment index and evaluation methods research framework, and put forward the digital archives (rooms) maturity assessment index and evaluation method research method and the path.

一、成熟度及成熟度评价概述

1、成熟度的概念

成熟度是一个多重含义的概念。不同行业或专业有不同的含义。比如：人的所谓成熟度是指，个体对自己的直接行为负责任的能力和意愿。[1]赫塞和布兰查德将其定义为：个体对自己的直接行为负责的能力和意愿。

再如：工作成熟度是指一个人工作时所具备的知识和技能。工作成熟度高的人，由于拥有足够的知识、能力和经验，能独自完成其工作任务而不需要别人的指导。[2]

还有心理成熟度，是指从事工作的动机和意愿，即工作自觉性。[3]心理成熟度高的个体不需要太多的外部激励，他们靠内部动机激励。……
