【摘要】 目的 探讨预见性护理在糖尿病性白内障患者围术期的应用效果。方法 100例糖尿病性白内障患者， 依据不同护理措施分为对照组和预见性护理组， 各50例。对照组给予常规性护理， 预见性护理组在对照组基础上给予预见性护理。观察两组糖患者角膜水肿、眼压升高、感染的发生率情况。结果 预见性护理组患者角膜水肿、眼压升高、感染的发生率均为0， 优于对照组的8.00%、10.00%、10.00%， 差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 预见性护理应用于糖尿病性白内障患者围术期， 可以降低角膜水肿、眼压升高、感染的发生率， 值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate application effect by predictive nursing in perioperative period of diabetic cataract patients. Methods A total of 100 diabetic cataract patients were divided by different nursing measures into control group and predictive nursing group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing， and the predictive nursing group received additional predictive nursing to conventional nursing. Observation was made on incidences of corneal edema， increased intraocular pressure and infection in both groups. Results The predictive nursing group had incidences of corneal edema， increased intraocular pressure and infection all as 0， which were better than 8.00%， 10.00% and 10.00% in the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Implement of predictive nursing in perioperative period of diabetic cataract patients can reduce incidences of corneal edema， increased intraocular pressure and infection. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.

近年来， 随着人们生活水平不断提高和生活方式的改变， 糖尿病性白内障发生率呈现明显增多的趋势， 尤其是高龄患者比例相应增多[1]。高龄糖尿病性白内障患者因生理机能减退和年龄增大， 体质逐渐变弱， 手术配合能力降低， 心理承受能力下降等， 造成患者术后并发症增多， 影响了手术治疗的效果。有效的护理措施不仅可以提高临床护理工作质量， 同时可以降低术后并发症。本研究通过对本院糖尿病性白内障患者临床资料进行分析， 拟探讨预见性护理在糖尿病性白内障患者围术期的应用效果， 现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取本院2014年1月～2015年3月收治的100例糖尿病性白内障患者临床资料进行分析， 依据不同护理措施分为对照组和预见性护理组， 各50例。对照组男31例， 女19例， 年龄67～82岁， 平均年龄（74.3±6.9）岁， 左眼26例， 右眼24例， 平均糖尿病史（5.9±2.6）年， 糖化血红蛋白平均水平（5.81±1.30）%。预见性护理组男33例， 女17例， 年龄66～81岁， 平均年龄（75.0±6.8）岁， 左眼25例， 右眼25例， 平均糖尿病史（5.8±2.4）年， 糖化血红蛋白平均水平（5.83±1.34）%。……
