【摘要】 目的 探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰片（来士普）联合九味镇心颗粒治疗冠状动脉（冠脉）介入术后焦虑抑郁的临床疗效。方法 68例冠脉介入术后焦虑抑郁患者， 随机分为干预组（35例， 给予来士普联合九味镇心颗粒治疗）和心理疏导组（ 33例， 给予心理疏导治疗）。比较治疗前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分及疗效。结果 治疗后两组SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前降低， 干预组降低更明显 （P<0.05）。干预组总有效率为91.4%， 高于心理疏导组的39.4%（P<0.05）。结论 来士普联合九味镇心颗粒治疗冠脉介入术后焦虑抑郁效果确切， 安全可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by escitalopram oxalate tablets （Lexapro） combined with Jiuwei Zhenxin particles in the treatment of anxiety and depression after coronary intervention. Methods A total of 68 patients with anxiety and depression after coronary intervention were randomly divided into intervention group （35 cases， received Lexapro combined with Jiuwei Zhenxin particles for treatment） and psychological counseling group （33 cases， received psychological counseling for treatment）. Comparison was made on self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） scores and curative effects between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment， both groups had lower SAS and SDS scores than those before treatment， and the intervention group had more remarkable decrease （P<0.05）. The intervention group had higher total effective rate as 91.4% than 39.4% in the psychological counseling group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Lexapro and Jiuwei Zhenxin particles provides precise effect， safety and creditability in the treatment of anxiety and depression after coronary intervention.

近年来， 随着社会的发展、物质的丰富及生活方式的改变， 冠心病已成为WHO公认的首位死亡原因[1]， 而冠脉介入术作为冠心病治疗的主要手段， 其适应证亦在不断扩大[2]， 接受冠脉介入术后出现的焦虑、抑郁等心理障碍日益引起临床关注。本研究采用来士普联合九味镇心颗粒治疗冠脉介入术后焦虑抑郁患者临床效果确切， 报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选择2013年1月～2016年4月本院心内科五病区诊治的冠脉介入术后焦虑抑郁患者68例， 男39例， 女29例， 年龄47～74岁， 平均年龄 （59.1±6.8）岁， 入选患者均由本院心理科医师根据SDS与 SAS进行评分确定。采用双盲法随机分为干预组（35例）与心理疏导组（33例）。

1. 2 方法 干预组给予口服草酸艾司西酞普兰片（商品名：来士普， 西安杨森制药有限公司， 国药准字J20100165， 规格：10 mg/片）10 mg/次， 1次/d；九味镇心颗粒（北京北陆药业股份有限公司， 国药准字Z20080008， 规格： 6 g/袋）1袋/次， 3次/d。心理疏导组请本院心理科专科医师进行心理疏导， 以求达到多科室协同诊治临床效果最大化。……
