前列腺增生合并膀胱结石同期手术治疗的临床分析

目的分析前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者同期不同手术方式的疗效，总结治疗经验。方法选取该院2014 年5月—2015年12月收治的前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者102例随机分为两组，每组51例。所有患者进行经尿道前列腺电切术，对照组膀胱切开取结石，观察组激光碎石，观察两组治疗效果。结果对照组并发率11.76%，观察组并发率1.96%；观察组膀胱冲洗时间（3.27±0.91）d、尿管拔除时间（5.25±1.55）d、出院时间（9.16±1.35）d比对照组患者膀胱冲洗时间（5.03±1.48）d、尿管拔除时间（8.51±1.04）d、出院时间（13.57±1.69）d早，数据对比P＜0.05；治疗前对照组患者IPSS评分（15.48±0.59）分与观察组IPSS评分（15.54±0.36）分比较差异无统计学意义，评分比较P＞0.05；治疗后对照组患者IPSS评分（4.66±0.35）分与观察组IPSS评分（4.09±0.57）分比较差异无统计学意义，评分比较P＞0.05；治疗后两组患者IPSS评分都有所下降，各组治疗前后IPSS评分比较P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者同期手术治疗，激光碎石以及经尿道前列腺电切术是高效的治疗方法，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To analysis the prostate hyperplasia combined bladder calculi patients during the same period the curative effect of different surgical methods，summarize the treatment experience.Methods Selected duringMay 2014 and Febuary 2015 our hospital 102 cases of patients with prostatic hyperplasia combined bladder calculi randomly divided into two groups，each group of 51 cases.All patients with transurethral prostatic electricity cut method，and the control group cut bladder stones，observation group for laser lithotripsy，observe two groups of treatment effect.Results The control group of concurrent rate is 11.76%，the observation group of concurrent rate is 1.96%；Observation group of bladder irrigation time（3.27±0.91）d，urine tube pulling up time（5.25±1.55）d，discharge time（9.16±1.35）d shorter than the control group（5.03±1.48）d in patients with bladder irrigation time，urine tube pulling up time（8.51±1.04）d，discharge time（13.57±1.69）d，the data contrast P＜0.05；IPSS score before treatment in the control group patients （15.48±0.59）and the observation group IPSS score（15.54±0.36）points is no statistical significance，score comparison P＞0.05；The control group after treatment in patients with IPSS score（4.66±0.35）and the observation group IPSS score（4.09±0.57）points is no statistical significance，score comparison P＞0.05；Two groups of patients after treatment had fallen to IPSS score，each IPSS score comparison before and after the treatment P＜0.05，with statistical significance.Conclusion Patients with prostatic hyperplasia combined bladder calculi surgery during this period，the laser lithotripsy and transurethral prostatic power cut method is efficient treatment method，is worth promoting.

前列腺增生是中老年男性常见病之一，研究发现，中老年男性多发前列腺增生合并膀胱结石［1］。为了提高前列腺合并膀胱结石的治疗效果，该院选取2014年5月—2015年12月确诊的前列腺合并膀胱结石患者102例组织了此次研究，现报道如下。
