神经内科护理中循证护理的应用效果分析

目的探讨循证护理在神经内科护理工作中的应用效果。方法选择该院自2014年6月—2015年6月收治的96例神经内科患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成观察组（48例）和对照组（48例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上采用循证护理，对两组患者的护理效果、压疮发生率及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组有效率为95.8%，显著高于对照组（81.3%）（P＜0.05）；观察组压疮发生率为4.2%，显著低于对照组（22.9%）（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高达97.9%，显著高于对照组（83.3%）（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论神经内科护理工作中采用循证护理，能够显著提高临床护理效果，降低严重并发症的发生率，改善护患关系，值得临床推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the Department of internal medicine nursing work.Methods In our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 96 cases of patients with neurological as the research object，according to randomly divided into observation group（48 cases）and control group（48 cases），control group was given routine nursing，the observation group on the base of routine nursing the evidence-based nursing，nursing effect of the two groups of patients，bedsore occurred rate and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results In the observation group，the effective rate was 95.8%，significantly higher than that of control group（81.3%）（P＜0.05）；observation group the incidence of pressure sores rate was 4.2%，significantly lower than that of the control group （22.9%）（P＜0.05）；observation group satisfaction as high as 97.9%，significantly higher than that of the control group （83.3%）（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing in the Department of internal medicine nursing work can significantly improve the clinical nursing effect，reduce the incidence of serious complications，improve the relationship between nurses and patients，it is worthy of clinical application.

随着现代社会生活节奏的加快，神经内科疾病的临床发病率在逐年增加，部分神经内科患者病情较严重，多伴有严重的神经功能和意识功能障碍，并发压疮、院内感染等并发症的风险较高［1］。对此类患者如果不采取及时的治疗和有效的护理，易产生诸多不良后果，甚至危及患者生命安全［2］。神经内科疾病患者大多年龄偏高，体质较弱，临床护理任务较为繁琐［3］。随着临床护理模式的不断发展进步，循证护理在现代临床护理工作中得到了广泛应用。循证护理的核心是证据支持，其在科学证据的基础上为患者制定针对性强的护理方案，以科学实证对患者进行有效护理，是临床认可的有效护理方法之一［4］。……
