人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用及效果

目的对人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用及效果。方法该院将2013年2月—2014年1月收治的80例外科手术患者采取信封式随机分组分为对照组与观察组，各40例，对照组给与外科手术患者传统的护理，观察组则在传统的护理基础上给外科手术患者人性化护理，观察2组外科手术患者的舒适程度、疼痛程度、SAS、SDS、心率、血压、护理满意度评分及治疗依从性情况。结果观察组外科手术患者的舒适程度为（89.62±7.24）分、SAS评分为（36.44±3.37）分、SDS评分为（34.82±2.83）分、疼痛程度评分为（35.47±5.25）分、心率为（77.66±5.42）次/分、收缩压为（135.36±5.12）mmHg、舒张压为（90.14±5.42）mmHg、护理满意度评分为（89.63±8.44）分及治疗依从性情况，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论人性化护理给在手术室护理中的应用效果较为显著，值得在临床上推广实施。

［Abstract］Objective Humanistic nursing care in the operating room application and effect.Methods The hospital 80 cases of Surgical Operations from February 2013 to January 2014 were treated to take envelope randomized control group and observation group，40 cases in the control group given conventional care surgical patients，was observed group in the traditional care to surgical patients on the basis of humane care and comfort level of the two groups was observed in patients with surgery，SAS，SDS，heart rate，blood pressure，care satisfaction scores and treatment compliance situation.Results Observation group the comfortable degree of surgical patients（89.62±7.24）points，SAS score （36.44±3.37），（34.82±2.83）for SDS score points，the degree of pain score of（35.47±5.25 mm），heart rate（77.66±5.42）times/min，systolic blood pressure（135.36±5.12）mmHg，diastolic blood pressure（90.14±5.42）mmHg，（89.63±8.44）for nursing satisfaction score points and treatment adherence，the diffierence was scatisiically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Humanized nursing for application in the operating room nursing effect is significant，is worth popularizing in clinic.

随着医疗水平的提高及医学模式的转变，人们对于健康需求的水平也逐渐增高，大部分医疗机构已经采取“以患者病情角度出发、以患者体验为核心”的人性化服务理念［1］，为了研究人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用及效果，该院将2013年2月—2014年1月收治的80例外科手术患者进行研究，现报道如下。
