循证护理在重型颅脑损伤合并肺部感染患者中的应用价值探讨

目的探析重型颅脑损伤合并肺部感染患者应用循证护理的临床价值。方法选取该院2013年1月—2016 年1月期间收治的62例重型颅脑损伤合并肺部感染患者，随机分为常规组与循证组，各组31例。常规组给予常规护理，循证组给予循证护理，比较2组患者的护理效果。结果循证组患者肺部感染控制总有效率是96.8%，相较于常规组患者的64.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；循证组患者肺部感染控制时间明显短于常规组患者（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论对重型颅脑损伤合并肺部感染患者施行循证护理，可有效控制肺部感染，是一种值得临床进一步推广应用的护理模式。

［Abstract］Objective To study the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods 62 cases of severe brain injury complicated with pulmonary infection in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into routine group and evidence-based group，31 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing，and the evidence-based nursing group was given to compare the nursing effect of the 2 groups.Results Robin syndrome patients with pulmonary infection control total effective rate was 96.8%，compared with the routine group were 64.5%，significant difference（P＜0.05）；Robin syndrome patients with pulmonary infection control time significantly shorter in the routine group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with pulmonary infection can effectively control the pulmonary infection.It is a nursing model which is worthy of clinical application.

肺部感染是重型颅脑损伤的主要并发症，倘若未给予及时的治疗与护理，就会致使患者病情快速恶化，甚至造成患者死亡。该文通过对该院2013年1月—2016年1月期间收治的62例重型颅脑损伤合并肺部感染患者的研究，探析循证护理的应用价值，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取该院2013年1月—2016年1月期间收治的62例重型颅脑损伤合并肺部感染患者，随机分为常规组与循证组，各组31例。常规组中，女12例，男19例；年龄20～57岁，平均（39.1±2.1）岁。循证组中，女14例，男17例；年龄21～59岁，平均（40.0±1.9）岁。……
