传染科护理风险及防范对策分析

目的调查分析传染科护理工作中存在的风险，然后提出防范对策。方法选取该院传染科在2013年3月—2015年3月收治的60例传染病患者作为实验研究对象，该院护士提供相应的护理服务，然后对该院45名护士实施问卷调查，从问卷调查中分析、总结出有关传染科护理工作中出现的护理风险，并就此提出相应防范对策。结果传染科护理风险主要是传染病房环境及设施方面存在风险、病房内感染、护理人员应急能力较差及传染病报告制度执行不利；实施防范对策前，化学消毒剂损伤、交叉感染、消毒无效或出现不良反应发生几率分别是23.33%、35.0%及18.33%，实施防范对策后，上述三项发生几率分别是5.0%、10.0%及3.33%，防范对策实施前后不良反应发生几率差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05，护理人员素质也显著提升。结论对传染科护理工作中存在风险进行认识，给予护理人员监督教育及相应防范措施，进而更好地减少护理风险事件出现几率，促进护理工作顺利开展。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the epidemiology of risk analysis in the presence of nursing work，and then put forward countermeasures.Methods Hospital of Infectious Diseases in 2013-60 patients with infectious diseases in 2015 were treated as experimental subjects，hospital nurses to provide appropriate care，then our hospital 45 nurses in the survey，analyzed from the questionnaire，summed up the risks related to nursing care epidemiology appearing，and make the appropriate preventive measures.Results The epidemiology of nursing risk is primarily the risk of infectious disease room environment and facilities，infection wards，emergency nurses and infectious disease reporting system less able to execute unfavorable；before the implementation of preventive measures，damage to chemical disinfectants，crossinfection，disinfection invalid or adverse reactions occurrence probability were 23.33%，35.0%and 18.33%，after the implementation of preventive measures，the three occurrence probability were 5.0%，10.0%and 3.33%，prevention before and after the implementation of countermeasures adverse events were significantly different probability，P＜0.05，but also significantly improve the quality of nursing staff.Conclusion The presence of Infectious Diseases in nursing risk awareness，education and supervision of nursing staff to give appropriate preventive measures，so as to better reduce the odds of nursing risk events to promote nursing work smoothly.
