全科医生治疗高血压的临床措施分析

目的研究并分析全科医生治疗高血压的临床措施。方法收集2013年9月—2015年6月在该院进行治疗的高血压患者共120例，根据随机对照的原则分为对照组（60例）和观察组（60例），对照组接受单纯的药物控制，观察组接受全科医生综合干预。结果观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压分别为（122.9±11.5）、（82.1±7.3）mmHg，均显著低于对照组的（127.6±12.8）、（86.8±7.2）mmHg，观察组不良反应发生率为6.7%，显著低于对照组的18.3%，P＜0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论在高血压患者的血压控制过程中，全科医生综合干预能够使患者血压得到更佳控制，提高患者预后，值得推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To study and analyze the clinical measures of general practitioners in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Collect the June September 2013 to 2015 in our hospital for treatment of hypertensive patients，a total of 120 cases，according to the principle of randomized divided into control group（60 cases）and observation group（60 cases），control group received simple drug control，the observation group received comprehensive intervention for general practitioners.Results Observation group of patients with systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure were（122.9± 11.5）mmHg and（82.1±7.3）mmHg were significantly lower than control group（127.6±12.8）mmHg，（86.8±7.2）mmHg and observation group，the adverse reaction rate was 6.7%，significantly lower than the control group of 18.3%，（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the control of blood pressure in patients with hypertension，comprehensive intervention can make patients get better control of blood pressure，improve the prognosis of patients，it is worthy of popularization and application.

高血压属于生活方式的相关性疾病，这种慢性疾病是心脏病、脑血管病、肾脏疾病的主要诱发因素［1-2］。在高血压的临床控制和干预当中，合理科学用药固然重要，良好生活习惯的养成对于疾病的控制也具有十分重要的意义［3-4］。早预防、早治疗才能从根本上对患者的血压进行有效控制，从而减少对其心、脑、肾、血管的损伤，降低相关并发症的发生几率［5］。在该次研究中，选取2013年9月—2015年6月在该院进行治疗的120例高血压患者为研究对象，进行了全科医生治疗，现报道如下。
