病案分组讨论教学法在临床心电图带教中的应用

目的 探究病案分组讨论教学在临床心电图带教中的应用。方法 选取该校临床系2014级在校学生200名作为研究对象，根据学生入学学号将其分为传统组和讨论组，每组100名。传统组采用课堂病案分析讲解为主的教学模式，讨论组采用病案分组讨论教学模式，观察两组学生期末成绩及学生对教学模式的评价。结果 传统组操作能力及病案分析能力均低于讨论组，组间对比差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）；100名学生对该病案讨论模式的平均肯定率为92.3%。结论 在临床心电图教学中应用病案分组讨论方式可增加学生对该学科自主学习意识，提升对心电图的了解与掌握，减少该学科学生期末的挂科率，有效增加临床学生对心电图的全面掌握和对疾病判断思维的培养。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application ofmedical record group discussion teachingmethod in the clinical electrocardiogram teaching.M ethods 200 cases of school studentsmajoring in clinic in 2014 were selected as the research objects，and divided into two groupswith 100 cases in each according to the admission number，the traditional group adopted the teachingmodelmainly in analysis and explanation of classmedical record，the discussion group adopted medical record group discussion teaching model，and the final grades and students'evaluation of teaching model of the two groups were observed.Results The operation ability and medical record analysis ability in the traditional group were lower than those in the discussion group and the comparison between groups had statistical significance，P＜0.05，themean positive rate of 100 cases of students tomedical record discussion modelwas 92.3%.Conclusion The application ofmedical record group discussion teachingmethod in clinical electrocardiogram teaching can increase the student's autonomous learning awareness of this discipline，improve themastery of electrocardiogram，reduce the final failing rate of the students in this discipline and effectively enhance the clinical student's overallmastery of electrocardiogram and cultivate the disease critical thinking of them.

临床教学中，心电图作为临床医疗应用中对疾病诊断存在重要意义的检查项目，需要每一位临床学生对其进行全面掌握和运用。但因心电图检查内容繁杂，课堂讲解多趋于抽象化，临床带教效果不理想，均会导致学生学习时感到困难或难以理解等情况［1-2］。因此，需要带教老师在备课时充分考虑学生对心电图学科的认识和记忆特点，寻找适合学生的教学方案和模式。……
