疝气手术抗菌药物使用调查研究

目的 观察疝气手术围手术期患者抗菌药物的使用情况。方法 选择该院普外科2015年1—12月该院进行疝气手术的患者89例进行回顾性研究，观察患者抗菌药物的使用率、药物种类、使用时间以及术后切口愈合情况。结果89例疝气手术患者均在围手术期使用抗菌药物，抗菌药物使用率100.00%。其中单一使用抗菌药物84例，占94.38%。头孢唑啉的使用率最高，为25.84%，其次为阿莫西林和克林霉素，分别为22.47%、19.10%。87.64%的患者在术前30min～2 h预防性使用抗菌药，术后连续使用2 d的患者比例较大，占46.07%。所有患者切口均为甲级愈合，无继发性院内感染患者。结论 疝气手术围手术期抗菌药物使用存在不合理现象，需要进行规范。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the use of antimicrobial drugs in patients in perioperative period in the hernia surgery. M ethods 89 cases of patientswith hernia surgery in the department of general surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were retrospectively researched，the use rate of antimicrobial drugs，drug type，use time and postoperative cut healing of patientswere observed.Results 89 cases of patients with hernia surgery used the antimicrobial drugs during the perioperative period and the use rate of antimicrobial drugswas 100.00%，among them，84 cases used the single antimicrobial drug，accounting for 94.38%，the use rate of cefazolin was the highest，accounting for 25.84%，amoxicillin and clindamycin were the second，respectively accounting for 22.47%and 19.10%，87.64%patients preventively used antimicrobial drugs in preoperative 30min～2 h and the proportion of patientswith continuous use for 2 d after operation was bigger，accounting for 46.07%，and the cuts of all patientswere healed up well and there was no patientswith secondary hospital infection.Conclusion The use of antimicrobial drugs in perioperative period in the hernia surgery has the irrational phenomenon，which needs to be standardized.

抗生素的应用在外科手术中占有重要位置，能够有效预防和治疗术后感染，从而明显降低术后并发症的发生。但是近年来随着抗生素种类的不断增加，临床上应用不规范情况时有发生［1］。为了观察手术患者抗菌药物的使用情况，该院对疝气手术围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况进行了调查，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选择该院普外科2015年1—12月到该院进行疝气手术的患者89例，其中男性患者59例，女性患者30例，年龄24～78岁，平均年龄（41.27±10.33）岁。直疝34例，斜疝55例。

1.2方法

对纳入研究的89例患者病例进行回顾性研究，观察患者抗菌药物的使用率，包括单一药物使用率，二联用药率，三联及三联以上用药率；……
