高血压患者服药依从性及知识知晓率调查

目的 对高血压患者服药的依从性以及相关知识知晓情况进行调查。方法 随机选择该院高血压患者500名作为研究对象。对所有纳入研究的患者进行问卷调查。结果 高血压知识相关问题8～24分，平均（14.18±5.22）分。其中0～10分105例，占21.0%；11～20分279例，占55.8%；21～30分患者116例，占23.2%。500例患者，高血压知识相关问题7～18分，平均（12.08±3.52）分。其中0～10分182例，占36.40%；11～20分318例，占63.60%。结论 通过调查发现高血压患者对疾病本身的认识不足，服药依从性不高，应该加大高血压疾病相关知识的宣传力度。

［Abstract］Objective To survey themedication compliance and awareness rate of hypertension knowledge in patients with hypertension.M ethods 500 cases of patients with hypertension were selected as the research objects，and all patients were given questionnaire.Results The average score of hypertension knowledge relevant issue 8-24 scores was（14.18±5.22）marks，among them，105 cases were 0-10 marks，accounting for 21.0%，279 cases were 11-20 marks，accounting for 55.8%，116 cases were 21-30 scores，accounting for 23.2%，in 500 cases of patients，the average score of hypertension knowledge relevant issues 7-18 marks was（12.08±3.52）marks，among them，182 cases were 0-10 marks，accounting for 36.40%and 318 caseswere 11-20 marks，accounting for 63.60%.Conclusion The survey shows that the hypertension patients in our city lack the recognition of disease，and the medication compliance is not high，and we should increase the publicity of knowledge related to hypertension disease.

高血压是临床常见的循环系统疾病，是脑卒中等心脑血管发病的危险因素，是导致心血管疾病死亡的主要原因之一［1］。高血压是终身性疾病，因此患者本身对疾病知识的了解和良好的服药依从性是保持血压稳定，减少相关疾病发生发展的重要影响因素［2］。国外大量相关研究发现，如果高血压患者能够保持良好的生活习惯和良好的服药依从性则能够降低心肌梗死、脑卒中等心脑血管发生率，明显降低相关不良事件的发生［3］。为了观察我市高血压患者对高血压相关知识的知晓率以及患者服药的依从性，该院进行了相关调查，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1调查对象选择
