护理管理在胸外科管理中的应用效果观察

目的 探究护理风险管理在胸外科管理中的应用效果。方法 择取该院胸外科2015年1月—2015年6月收治的240例患者设置为该次的观察对象，对所有患者均实施计算机随机分组方案，共分为常规组与实验组两组，每组120例。其中对常规组患者采取一般护理管理措施，对实验组患者采取风险管理措施，对比两组管理方案的应用效果。结果 经过临床护理管理后，显示实验组患者的护理管理满意度达到95.83%，常规组为78.33%，P＜0.05；另外，实验组与常规组的风险事件发生率分别为2.50%与12.50%，比较数据差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 对胸外科患者而言，采取护理风险管理措施的应用效果显著，可有效减少护理风险事件，减少医患纠纷，提高护理管理满意度，患者易于接受。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application effect of nursingmanagement in themanagement in the department of chest surgery.M ethods 240 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of chest surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into two groups with 120 cases in each，the conventional group adopted the general nursingmanagementmeasures，and the experimental group adopted risk managementmeasures，and the application effectof themanagement planswas compared.Results The nursingmanagement satisfactory degree reached 95.83%in the experimental group and 78.33%in the conventional group after the clinical nursing management，P＜0.05，in addition，the incidence rates of risk events in the experimental group and in the conventional group were respectively 2.50%and 2.50%，and the difference was obvious by comparison，P＜0.05.Conclusion The application effect of nursing risk managementmeasures is obvious for patients in the department of chest surgery，which can effectively reduce the nursing risk events，reduce the nurse-patient disputes and improve the nursingmanagement satisfactory degree，and it can be easily to be accepted by patients.

近些年来，随着人们生活水平的提高与医疗水平的进步，传统的护理措施已经不能适应患者的基本需求，应不断对临床护理措施进行更新，其中护理风险管理措施可以有效减少医院风险事件，减少医患纠纷事件，使得风险事件对患者带来的危害明显减少，且减少对医院带来的经济损失等［1］。对于胸外科患者来说，给予护理风险管理措施可以在一定程度上及时识别各种潜在的高危因素，提高护理管理满意度。为此，该研究旨在分析风险管理在胸外科护理管理中的应用效果，以期为今后的临床研究提供相关的参考资料，现报道如下。……
