护理风险管理在神经内科护理工作中的应用

目的 探讨风险管理在神经内科护理工作中的应用效果。方法 以2015年1月—2016年1月于该院神经内科接受住院治疗的166例患者为研究对象，随机将入选病例均分为两组。对照组83例，患者行常规护理；实验组83例，患者在对照组护理基础上加用护理风险管理。统计护理期间内，两组患者风险事件发生情况及患者对护理的满意度。结果 两组患者平均护理时间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。护理周期内，实验组摔伤滑倒1例，输液反应2例，风险事件发生率3.61%（3/83）。对照组摔伤滑倒、输液反应各3例，意外刺伤2例，给药事故、财务遗失、设备准备不完善各1例，不良事件发生率13.25%（11/83），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度（96.39%）高于对照组（89.16%），比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 神经内科护理工作以风险管理识别风险因素并进行消除，能有效降低风险事件发生几率，提高患者住院期间安全性，促进护患和谐，值得临床推广。

［Abstract］Objective To study the application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing work in the department of neurology.M ethods 166 cases of inpatients in the department of neurology in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 83 cases in each，the control group adopted conventional nursing，and the experimental group adopted nursing risk management on the basis of the control group，and the occurrence of risk events and satisfactory degree of patients to nursing of the two groups during nursing period were counted.Results There was no statistical difference in themean nursing time between the two groups，P＞0.05，during the nursing period，the slip and fall and infusion reaction were respectively 1 case and 2 cases in the experimental group and the incidence rate of risk events was 3.61%（3/83），the slip and fall，infusion reaction，accidental puncture，administration accident，financial loss，imperfect equipment preparation were respectively 3 cases，3 cases，2 cases，1 case，1 case and 1 case，and the incidence rate of adverse events was 13.25%（11/83），and the comparison between the two groups had statistical significance，P＜0.05，the nursing satisfactory degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group，（96.39%vs 89.16%），and the difference had statistical significance by comparison P＜0.05.Conclusion The identification and elimination of risk factors in the risk management in the nursing work in the department of neurology can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of risk events，improve the safety during the hospitalization period and promote the nurse-patient harmony，which isworth clinical promotion.
