医学专科生逆商、自卑感与就业压力的相关性研究分析

目的 探讨医学专科生逆商、自卑感与就业压力三者之间的相关性，为加强逆商教育、提高专科生的逆商指数，开展学生的综合素质教育提供参考依据。方法 采用大学生自卑心理问卷、就业压力问卷、AQ逆商测试问卷对1030名专科生进行问卷调查，分析逆商指数、自卑感与就业压力的相关性。结果 医学专科生自卑感、就业压力以及逆境商数相互关联，逆境商数与自卑感对就业压力有显著的主效应，具有正向展望作用，三个变量有很强的相关性。结论大专生逆境商数与自卑感对就业压力具有正向展望作用。专科生可以通过提高逆商指数，降低自卑感，从而减少就业压力。

［Abstract］Objective To study the correlation between adversity quotient，inferiority feeling and employment pressure in medical college students and provide reference for enhancing the adversity quotient education，improving the adversity quotient index ofmedical college students and carrying out the overall quality education of students.M ethods 1030 cases of medical college students were surveyed by inferiority psychology questionnaire of college students，employment pressure questionnaire，AQ test questionnaire，and the correlation between adversity quotient，inferiority feeling and employment pressure was analyzed.Results The inferiority feeling，employment pressure and adversity quotient ofmedical college students were correlated，the adversity quotient and inferiority feeling had obvious effects on employment pressure and played a positive prospect role，and the three variables were strongly correlated.Conclusion The adversity quotient and inferiority feeling of college students play a positive prospect role，and the college students can reduce employment pressure by improving the adversity quotient index and reduce the inferiority feeling.

逆商就是逆境智商（Adversity Intelligence Quotient，缩写为“AQ”），它是一个最新的衡量测度，是一个人内在潜力及综合爆发力的具体体现，是衡量、预料一个人对抗并逆转不顺利处境的手段的表现形式［1］。专科生心理问题的常见形式就是自卑感，自卑体现在个体与他人进行较量的基础上，把自己不如他人看作是一个缺点，而做事经常表现出一种消极的态度［2］。专科生心理压力的主要原因就是就业压力，在应届毕业生身上体现尤为明显，是专科毕业生面临选择自己所需职业时所感受到的压力［3］。……
