地州级三级甲等中医医院对口支援工作的实施现状与建议

分析昌吉州中医医院在学科建设、技术支持以及物资支援方面对基层医院的帮扶现状，总结对口支援工作取得成效和存在的问题。对口支援工作受到领导的重视，基层医院整体水平有所提升，且医院与各基层医院建立医联体，促进了交流和合作，但同时也存在医院人力资源有限，不能保障学科发展的延续性，工作中缺乏规范的管理等问题。需要与各基层医院加强沟通交流，促进对口支援工作管理规范化，真正让基层医院受益。

［Abstract］The efficacy obtained by the pairing supportwork and existing issues were summarized by analyzing the assistance status of Changji hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in discipline construction，technical support and material support.The pairing support work was noticed by leaders，the whole level of the primary hospital was improved，and the hospital and various primary hospitals established the hospital group service model and promoted the communication and cooperation，butmeanwhile，the issues including limited hospital human resource，failing to ensure the continuity of discipline development and lack of standardized management in work also existed.Which needs various primary hospitals to enhance communication and promote the management standardization of pairing support work and truly benefit the primary hospitals.

对口支援工作的实施对基层县级医疗机构的发展具有重要意义。近三年来，昌吉州中医医院通过选派优秀医护人员从技术指导、资金扶持、长期派驻与定期交流相结合等方式全方位帮扶县级医院，成效显著；但也存在外派人员管理松散、学科发展延续性等问题。该文对地州级三级甲等中医医院对口支援工作的实施现状进行分析，总结对口支援帮扶工作取得成效以及存在的问题，并提出相关对策和建议，现报告如下。
