玉米须泡腾片的制备工艺

目的对玉米须泡腾片制备工艺及稳定性考察，并验证处方工艺。方法对泡腾剂中的酸碱比例和泡腾剂总量等因素采用正交设计方法优选制剂工艺。结果最佳比例为：玉米须冻干粉，木糖醇，柠檬酸，碳酸氢钠，采用5%聚乙二醇6 000包裹碳酸氢钠，并以此工艺制成泡腾片。结论该方法设计合理、制备工艺简单、稳定性良好，符合中华人民共和国药典2010版的质量要求，适用于扩大生产和推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To research the preparation technique of corn silk effervescent tablet and its stability and validate the formula preparation technique.M ethods The preparation technique of acid-base proportion in the effervescent agents and effervescent agent total amount was preferred by the orthogonal design method.Results The best proportion:corn silk lyophilized powder，xylitol，citric acid，sodium bicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate wrapped by 5%polyethylene glycol 6000，and the effervescent tabletwasmade based on the proportion.Conclusion The design of thismethod is rational，and the preparation technique is easy and the stability is good meeting the quality requirements of pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China in 2010，which is suitable for expandable production and promotion and application.

玉米须（stigmamaydis）为禾本科玉蜀属植物玉米的花柱和柱头［1］。在我国，玉米须作为中药材已有悠久的临床用药历史，研究表明，玉米须中含有多种生物活性成分，例如黄酮及其苷类、甾醇、生物碱、糖类、有机酸、挥发油、微量元素及多种维生素等，其提取物具有抗氧化、利尿、降血糖、抑菌、降压和增强免疫等功效［2-5］。美国食品药物管理局确认玉米须作为安全、无毒的物质。

泡腾片是近年来国外开发应用的一种新型片剂，投入水中会产生大量的气泡，并在较短的时间内溶解具有药物起效迅速、生物利用度高、携带方便等特点，特别适用于儿童、老年人和不能吞服固体制剂的患者［6-8］。
